At RubberStamps, we strive for perfection in every impression, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that custom-made stamps are eligible for return only in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Item
Securely pack the unused stamp in its original packaging, ensuring all components and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Return
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement stamp within 5-7 business days.
