How long does it take to process my custom stamp order?
Most custom rubber stamps are manufactured and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. High-volume orders or complex custom designs may require additional processing time.
What file formats do you accept for custom logos?
We recommend uploading high-resolution files in JPG, PNG, PDF, or AI formats. For the crispest impression, please ensure your artwork is black and white with no gradients.
Can I refill the ink in my self-inking stamp?
Yes, our self-inking stamps are designed for thousands of impressions and can easily be refilled with a few drops of water-based stamp ink or by replacing the internal ink pad.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Because custom stamps are uniquely made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. Please double-check your spelling before finalizing your order.

How do I clean and maintain my rubber stamp?
